Just tapped at Sheffield's last night......
Thomas Sykes Old Ale from Burton Bridge Brewery, Burton-on-Trent, a 10% ale
brewed with Pipkin Pale Malt and Target hops. It's a pin so it won't last
long.
Also I will be at Sam's Marcy St tomorrow 12-4PM with some Christmas
libations to taste......
De Dolle Stille Nacht
N'ice Chouffe (10% Belgian barley wine)
Ale Mary (RCH)- bottle-conditioned beer of the year at GBBF this year, a 6%
bitter spiced (subtly) with ginger and pimento as well as coriander,
cinnamon, nutmeg, clove. It's superb, definitely one of my favourite beers of
all time.
Harvey's Christmas 2001- an 8% strong "stock" ale that is dry-hopped .
