I have a pound of whole cluster hops from hopsdirect (the only place I've seen them, BTW) that I purchased last year with visions of a lot of CAP dancing in my head, but never got around to it. I won't be using these for the forseeable future, so they're going on the lambic pile or in the garbage unless anybody wants them. I never broke the foil oxygen-purged bag, or took them out of my freezer. They're probably quite fresh still -- the Hallertauer I purchased at the same time definitely are.
