The Minnesota Home Home Brewers Association and the St. Paul Home Brewers Club invite you to take part in the third annual Upper Missiissippi Mash-Out. home brew competition. This year we're adding a special competition category: eis-anything. That's right. Eis-anything. Don't limit your imagination to eisbock. How about an eis-mild. An eis-IPA. What about an eis-pils? Maybe an eis-mead? Or, if you're really creative an eis-smoked-honey-guava-kiwi-lamibic-mead dry hoppped with fennel and aged on oak and chipotle? Mmmmmm, tasty.
