I think they are the metric version of a quarter barrel (7.89 gallons)
and I assume Spaten slide is the "flat" fitting and not the Euro-Sankey
fitting. These fittings are supposed to be simpler that the Sankey
types - the head is just slide laterally onto the keg.
Nominal specs for 30L is 7.9 to 12.5 kg (17.4 to 27,5 pounds) empty.
The walls are 1 to 2 mm thick. They are designed for filling and
cleaning in a sealed process just like the Sankey kegs. Probably not a
typical homebrewer keg unless you want to cut the top off and make a
kettle.
