As it is clear from the number of emails I have received that there are plenty of people who are still interested in cider; feel free to keep sending requests and I will put you on a list in the off chance that we can perhaps get > 250 Gallons of cider this year. Due to the apple shortage the orchard hasn't been able to provide me with as much information as they normally would so I don't expect to get any answers on this for about a month. I will reach out to them too see the feasibility is next week, and if they say no I suppose I can follow up with some other orchards and see what happens. More to come.....
