Hi, Thanks to all who attended the WestSide meeting as well as Dave for hosting the meeting and Bob and Damian for their input. I think everyone who attended got a lot out of talking to the professional brewers, and it seems that both homebrewers and commercial brewers struggle with some of the same issues. I think we may make this a regular feature of the WetSide meetings (rotate the meetings between Hops, the Water Tower and Sherlock's Home and possibly WindRiver). Once again, thanks to all! Cheers!
