We're pushing through in the Senate in hopes of getting it into
conference commitee. I was shocked when I heard about this yesterday, as
I believe was Sen Pappas. She really wants to get this through this
year, not next.

FYI......the brewpubs bill has been set aside until next year. There
were too many regulatory questions that need further discussion. I
do
support the bill and assume it will be back early next year for
consideration.
