Can anyone provide me with an analysis of water in the south metro area? I moved to Northfield from Decorah, Iowa about 9 months ago, and would like to tweak my brewing water. I have a list of calculated adjustments needed to add to Rochester/Decorah (they share the same aquifer) water to mimic the waters of a number of great brewing cities of Europe. Northfield/Lakeville/Burnsville/etc is served by a different aquifer...I'd like to see just how different it is. Thanks in advance.
