Why enter a looser? Sometimes beers are perceived differently by various people. For instance, I had entered a Pale Ale in Georgia and Nevada competitions which were only a week apart. The Georgia judges gave it a 23, the Nevada judges gave it a 41 and first place. Ironically, the score sheet comments were very similar and no major flaws were found. I've experienced this in our local competitions as well. Just because someone doesn't like a particular beer, doesn't make it a bad beer. Put it up, you never know what can happen.
