Happy Gnome Executive Chef Matthew Hinman will prepare and serve a six-course feast paired with SEVEN meads from White Winter Winery, featuring fish, wild game, and local seasonal fare. A "meet and greet" will start promptly at 6pm with a selected White Winter mead. * Ken Schramm, author of "The Compleat Meadmaker" will be on hand to talk about mead tasting. * Jon Hamilton, meadmaker at White Winter Winery of Iron River, Wisconsin will be present to talk about each of his meads. * Chef Matt hopefully can be coaxed to speak about his choices in creating the pairings.
