Thanks to Mark Glewwe for hosting the very successful cider pressing event last Saturday. This was the first time I have had an opportunity to participate in a cider pressing, and I was amazed at the incredible taste and aroma of the freshly crushed apples, and at the way the character and flavor changed so dramatically as the blend of apples changed.
