The November issue of The Boiler, the newsletter of the Minnesota Home Brewers Association is online! It is also American Homebrewer's Association national TEACH A FRIEND TO HOMEBREW DAY, so bring along a friend or two who has said they might be interested in learning how to homebrew. We will be doing three demonstrations throughout the day of how to brew extract beer, and we will be giving away two or three COMPLETE homebrewing kits, from kettle to extract, to get new brewers started! The Style of the Month is Pilsner, so if you have a homebrewed example, bring it along. The best one will be selected to represent the MhBA in the AHA National Club-Only Pilsner competition. Bring along any other beers, meads, or ciders you'd like to share with your fellow club members as well. Chris Smith will also be bringing fresh apple cider for those who pre-ordered through the club buy, so be sure to come and pick up your cider if you've ordered some.
