Instead of declaring myself winner of the Chili Cook Off J and who has the heart to take away the Chief Chili Pepper award from the little girl. May I suggest we start a new 2013 Chili Pepper Cook Off award like maybe a Hulk Chili Pepper or Thing Chili Pepper Award? Nuff Said!
