The �PedalPub bill� passed the Commerce and Labor Committee unopposed on March 13, 2008 in the MN House of Representatives! It will amend the law to allow PedalPub passengers to drink beer and wine. It has been rolled into the House �Omnibus Liquor Bill - HF3829
