GBS is a great club. I hooked up with them in 2008 when I was in St. Louis for a four-month project. They meet at the O'Fallon Brewery. Did the Big Brew with them that year. A barrel-aged strong dark. I need to check on that beer come to think of it...

All, I just wanted to let you know, The Garage Brewers Society, a home brew club located just outside of St Louis MO is holding their first national competition on April 10th.  We are part of the High Plains Brewer Circuit and the competition is called The Champion of the Pint.  You can get information on the club and on the competition at www.garagebrewers. com I was hoping you could inform your club members of the upcoming competition or add it to your events calendar.
