Entries are now being accepted for the 2010 Great Northern Brew-Ha-Ha, hosted by the The Northern Ale Stars Homebrewers Guild of Duluth MN and Superior WI. The entry period will be open until Monday, February 1st. You can register online at http://www.northern alestars. org/greatnorther nbrewhaha. html . Entries of beer, mead or cider are $5 (cheap) and can be shipped to Great Northern Brew-Ha-Ha, c/o Lake Superior Brewing, 2711 West Superior St., Duluth, MN 55806 or dropped off at Thirsty Pagan Brewing, 1623 Broadway Street, Superior, WI 54880. Entries can also be dropped off at the 2010 Upper Mississippi Mash-out www.mashout. org (January 29 - 30) and they will be transported back to Duluth for free!

The Great Northern Brew-Ha-Ha is the second stop on the Midwest Homebrewer of the Year circuit http://www.sphbc. org/mwhboy/ circuit. The Best of Show beer winner will get to brew their winning entry at Thirsty Pagan Brewing and have it served on tap at the pub (sorry, you don't get a cut of the action).

We are also looking for judges and stewards to assist us during the February 12-13 judging. You can volunteer to judge or steward, as well as find complete competition details at http://www.northern alestars. org/greatnorther nbrewhaha. html .
