My name is Stephanie Steinwedel and I'm a librarian at the Ridgedale Library. Along with two of my colleagues, I plan public programs for the library. We thought it would be fun to host a home brewing program, sort of a "How to Get Started" type deal. We're certainly open to other ideas, too, though we are a public library and wouldn't be able to do any tasting involving alcohol (Darn! The best part.) I'm running the idea past the powers-that-be to make sure they're O.K. with the idea of a home brewing program, so we're still definitely in the idea stage. But if they're amenable, we'd probably be looking at next winter (Jan/Feb/Mar) Is that something you've done before or would be interested in doing?
