Teach a Friend to Homebrew Day

(A big thanks goes to John Moore at Barley John's!) Attached is a flyer that you could print and then distribute and post at = your local store, workplace, and place of worship. :) (colored paper looks especially nice!) Thanks for helping with the = promotion of this event! Thanks to Marc Donnelly, who has volunteered = to photograph the event for future promotions. Please come that day, even if you aren't brewing, and even if you're not = bringing an interested party. If you know you'll be there, and are = willing to talk to a newbie and give them your phone number and e-mail = address so that he/she may contact you during those first few confusing = batches, then please e-mail me your name, number, and e-address. This = is the Mashing Mentor program, and not only will new folks feel more = welcome at the event, but they'll have a better chance of starting to = brew because they'll know that they have a friendly person to call when = that first wort boils over! Thank you for helping with this, and thank = you to Gera Exire La Tour, who will be printing contact info cards for = the mentors to give out that day. We'll have demo extract batches beginning at 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 1:00, = and 2:00, and we're giving away FOUR COMPLETE STARTER SETS to new = brewers! Thanks much to Brew and Grow, Wind River, Northern Brewer, and = Midwest Supplies for their generous donations of the beginning brewer = kits! Northern Brewer and Midwest are also helping us out with the = ingredients for the demo batches, so thanks also for that!
