Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls

Rick here with a special club announcement. 

All things are in place to have a great BIG BREW on Saturday, May 6.  This is sort of a random event where a bunch of brewers make beer outside in wonderful weather.  You don’t need to be elaborate or you can bring your kitchen sink; your choice.  In fact, you can just show up to see what all the pandemonium is about. 

In the center ring will be small commercial brewery recently returned to active service with 50 gallon capacity.

In the basement is a 15 gallon all grain system. 

The remainder of the back yard will likely have 5 or more extract breweries all cranking out various summer brews.  Other people may be engaging with the Stainless Steel Brewer event.  You just never know. 

There is also a rumor that a few beer samples may be available and that Sterling Hot Wings^® may make a cameo appearance around noon. 

The event starts in the late morning.  The National toast occurs at 11:00 (AM).  The remainder of the day is on your own.    

Filtered and pre-heated water available.

Gas grill available (don’t steal the propane).

Sterling Wings available around noon

Musical entertainment may happen. 

Cooling water available in moderate supplies.

Beer samples.  You’re on your own here. 

One request.  If you have a monster propane stove, please bring something to set it on.
