Oh, I forgot to say.
You can still add the yeast nutrient and/or energizer to help
the fermentation get going.

batch about 3 days ago and it doesn't seem to be doing much. There are
bubbles going through the air lock, but very slowly. In comparison, a 1
gallon batch I made last month with Lavlin D-47 took off quickly and is still
bubbling pretty good.
Is Cotes de Blanc slow and less active?
