I found out via Facebook - one of many communication paths.  There should be documentation used by people when setting up events for MHBA.  A start could be:
announcements at previous meetings
mba@thebarn.com
MHBA google calendar
MHBA website
Facebook event linked to the MHBA group.

Most club members would find out if all these avenues were hit.

It's a 'social' gathering at Summit. Cote said it's not a 'meeting'. I didn't go. I don't understand MHBA anymore. There's no planned meeting on their calendar.
