** Hello more advanced brewers, I'm working on my first batch and it's been about 5 days and my beer has been gurgling away. However, I noticed that almost all the liquid was gone from my airlock, so I added a little more. Big mistake? What should I have done? What should I do now? Thanks a bunch!
