Another thing to remember about the winemaking kits is that there is a huge variety of
styles available, and most shops don't stock all of them, but if there is something
specific you want, they will probably special order it for you. I have a Selection
Premium Australian Shiraz going now that WindRiver special ordered for me, and I would
guess the other shops would do the same if they are already doing business with a
distributor that handles the kit you are looking for.

Thanks everyone for the responses. We went to Midwest and bought several kits yesterday
including a selection estate one for Red Zinfandel that looks very promising. We also got
some port, a barolo and a chilean malbec. So should have a good selection soon!
Overalll midwwest had an OK selection. I will be checking out Windriver and Northern
Brewer in the future for other choices.
Thanks
Kirby

I have purchased kits from both Windriver and Midwest.
I prefer the Selection Premium kits--more money, but consistently excellent results.
If you are looking for a less expensive option, Windriver currently has a few styles on
closout at a reduced price.

Where's a good place in the twin cities for buying wine kits and or juice?
Thanks
