idea, waiting for the snow to melt so that you can once again imagine the boys
of summer shagging flies without slipping on ice floes. Well, the vernal
equinox passed last night, so it’s officially spring, and it’s time
to PLAY BALL!!

It’s
time once again to sign up for the club’s tailgating party at Midway
Stadium with the
Mark your
calendars for Thursday, May 22nd.
That’s when the MHBA takes over a tailgating spot at 4:00, quaffs copious
homebrews, grills and grills and grills some more, then staggers in to catch a
few innings of baseball without getting rowdy enough to get tossed out.
(and at the SAINTS, one can really never get TOO rowdy!)

realize that you do not want to miss out, please send $12 per ticket (payable to MHBA) to John Longballa,
The club
picks up the cost of the tailgate spot, everyone brings food and drink, and
select volunteers bring grills.
This has
become a SERIOUSLY fun event, so do not miss it! In years past there has
been cross-dressing, Pedal-Pubbing, and cheesburgers made with Krispie Kremes!
Families and non-homebrewing friends are very welcome.
