Mike and fellow beer lovers: I am not aware of the situation in St Paul. If the city has asked them to stop selling for some reason, I believe it is reasonable to call city officials and tell them you support growler sales. As far as which brewpubs are selling growlers, I believe the only members *not* currently selling are Harwell's and perhaps Green Mill. I know Jonathan is working on getting Harwell's going; I am unaware of where Green Mill stands.
