FARMER'S MARKET - Steve Piatz

 

You can get local wildflower honey at the farmers markets in Minneapolis or Saint Paul.  I'd skip the dandelion blossom and sunflower blossom.  Buckwheat blossom is pretty strong but if you like the flavor in pancakes it is usually available.  Some folks like linden/basswood honey which is also local.
