You can get local wildflower honey at the farmers
markets in Minneapolis or Saint Paul. I'd skip the dandelion blossom and
sunflower blossom. Buckwheat blossom is pretty strong but if you like the
flavor in pancakes it is usually available. Some folks like
linden/basswood honey which is also local.

Looks like folks in the club are making mead on 2 August. I see that
Northern Brewer has quite a few varieties of honey on the shelves. Are
there any other options? Isn't this the time of the year when the new honey
is available? (I don't know if new vs. old honey matters. I guess I'll
find out at mead class on 3 August.)
