Greetings fellow beer lovers!

Bull Falls Brewers (Wausau), with the help of Central Wisconsin Draught Board (Stevens Point), are holding the first ever BJCP/AHA sanctioned homebrew contest (The Golden Grower) in north central Wisconsin on Saturday April 19^th, 2008 at Hereford & Hops, Wausau, WI. We need BJCP judges!

Since this is our first attempt at an official contest we�re not 100% certain what to expect. We�re guessing we�ll have approximately 75 entries, and estimating needing about 20 judges and/or stewards. Members of both our clubs are ready to help in any way we can.

Our competition website should have most of the information you need regarding dates, times, lodging, entries, etc. Judges are allowed to bring entries on the day of the event, as long as payment and entry documentation is submitted in advance, and your first entry is free! We�re also planning a reception on Friday night with free food & beer, food provided during judging on Saturday, and a brewery tour and brewmaster Q&A session before the awards ceremony. I also want to point out that the Best of Show winner will have the opportunity to brew their beer at Hereford & Hops! If also an AHA member, the winni ng brewer will have the chance to compete in the GABF�s Pro-Am competition as well!
