Hope you are getting your best hotdish recipe prepped and ready for the
October meeting - Hotdish & Homebrew. It's Saturday, Oct. 17th from
Noon-3pm at the Traditional Foods Minnesota warehouse in Richfield.
We've broken the categories down into:
1. Potato/Tater Tot-based hotdish
2. Noodle-based hotdish
3. Open Category (includes vegetarian)
There will be prizes involving homebrew supplies and/or craft beer for each category... and a Peoples Choice award.
This
meeting will be held at the warehouse of Traditional Foods Minnesota. TFMN will supply the tables and access to electricity. The
beer, food, and serving utensils are up to us. Their warehouse is
located at 302 W. 61st Street, a block north of Highway 62/Crosstown
between Nicollet and Lyndale Aves. Come through gate to the back of the

The style of the month for October
is Fruit Cider. You can also bring samples of the September style of
the month - European Amber Lagers. Bring other beers as well for
sampling with the food.
