Why don't you just sanitize with boiling wort prior to connecting
cooling water?

My technical question of the day:
Are there any problems with using Star San with brass
fittings? My Mash and boiling vessels have brass
faucets, just curious if I should be concerned about
filling these with star san to sanitize my pump and
Counterflow chiller (Stainless Steel).
