I used 2 packs of 1272 and set the temp to 65. Fermentation appeared to have stopped (no bubbles in the airlock) when I checked on Saturday. Gravity reading was 1040 so I knew it had further to go (smelled/tasted very nice, albeit sweet). I shook the ale pail up for almost a minute and increased the temp to 69 and the next day and still today it appears to have restarted fermentation. I'm hoping it finishes low--for anyone know the target gravity?

Also using 1272 and fermenting down at 62 degrees. It was still slowly fermenting on Sunday!

So...what's everyone doing with their Lucid Double Black IPA?

Mine got fermented on Wyeast 1272 and is looking like it's ready to move out of primary!
