Hey guys.
I made a very clear cider last year without adding any pectic enzyme. This year I did not
add it either and even though it has been sitting in secondary for over a month, it is not
clearing up like the other one did.
To clear it up, should I add the pectic enzyme now?
Or is there other things I should do?
