To piggyback on what Dave Berg has to say . . .
Saturday, October 8th is not that far away, and we all know
that on that date, all those Minnesotans reading this who
are without newborns or weddings to attend will be at one of
two beer events: the BEER GOOD Bus Tour II, or Autumn Brew
Review.
SO PLEASE SIGN UP THIS WEEK FOR ONE OR THE OTHER! :)
And sign up some beer-loving friends and family.
The bus trip still has seats left, but if we don't sell a
few more before September 9th, I'm going to be forced to
cancel the trip, since we need 30 to make it financially
feasible. Some of the people who said that they were
definitely in for this have yet to sign up. Thank you to
those who have paid the deposit, and please don't be bashful
about inviting non-brewers along--all beer lovers welcome!
Think of it this way--if you don't sign up for some October
8th beer event soon, there might not be a bus tour, and this
might be the final ABR (if I'm not misinterpreting Dave's
messages). So next fall, there's no bus tour III, and no
ABR, and everyone is sitting at home, SOBER(!?!?) and
lonely, wishing that someone would schedule some fun beer
event. Hmmmm . . .
Sorry to be a crab--maybe it's the rainy gloom.

constant waiting/procrastinating of Minnesotans is the
main reason events get cancelled. If I had half a brain,
I would have cancelled the event when our partner dropped
us. Looking at the number of tickets sold to date, I
should have my head examined for not cancelling now. So,
if you plan on attending, buy your ticket now. Tell all
your friends to do likewise. Let's make sure there is an
ABR next year.
