Rick & Others There are two separate items at NHC. Club Night is Friday night, 6/22 from 7:30 to 11:30. They say clubs should have at least 6 kegs of beer or a lot of bottles, or you will run out and the idea is to have some kind of theme with decorations, get dressed up, etc. Clubs can share a table and you should have several people so they can take turns visiting other clubs. If there are enough clubs in a larger group, we can have multiple tables next to each other. This is held in a large room at the hotel. They also have clubs host a shift in the Hospitality Suite which is open between formal events and that would also require beer and people to be around. No theme. Once I decide if I'm going, I'm willing to start coordinating either or both for MHBA, SPHBC, PHC (if they wish) and any other clubs in Minnesota. We'll need to collect names of attendees, who is driving and can take kegs/bottles, etc. We'll also need someone to work on the theme and everything around that. Due to my emails with Dottie, they're expecting us to be there and I know several people are planning on attending.
