This year, the Conference Committee is offering several pre-conference events. We hope you would like to come early and stay after the conference to enjoy our great city.

Great Gator Tail Brewing Gadget Extravaganza

3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Okay brewers, it is time to dig out all your special home-built brewing gadgets for the Great Gator Tail Brewing Gadget Extravaganza scheduled at 3:00 pm to get your brains in the mood for some pub crawl rest, relaxation and rejuvenation! Got a great brew gadget you built at home? Bring it along, explain how it works and show it off. Come on! Here's a great opportunity to amaze, astound and confound your fellow homebrewers. Attendance and participation is absolutely free and really great prizes will be awarded to those with the best gadgets. We might even come up with a prize for the gadget that traveled the farthest, so carry it, check it or mail it to Orlando! It just doesn't get any better (OK, well maybe a little). Can't get your gadget to Orlando? No problem. Share your most intimate and private brewing tips and tricks and perhaps win a prize. Also, great beer stories are welcome as well. For spectators, here's your opportunity to improve your homebrew and to learn about special home-brewed brewing gadgets? Be there!

Raffle

We are holding a RAFFLE! Part 1 will be held at the hotel in the pre-conference area and Part 2 will be held on the pub-crawl. Tickets will be on sale at check-in and in the pre-conference area before pub-crawl buses depart.

The Gator Tails Pub-Crawl

Come join us on a pub-crawl of the best beer pubs in the Orlando area. This pre-conference event has been dubbed The Gator Trails Pub-Crawl. It is a must attend event for any beer enthusiast. So enjoy the company of other beer enthusiast and great beer. Buses depart at 5:00 pm from hotel convention center bus stop. This has been a favorite of out-of-town participants and a chance to visit some of Orlando's pubs. Advanced ticket purchase guarantees a seat on bus. Cost is $25 per person.

Rossi's Pizza Buffet Lunch

We are having a buffet lunch at Rossi’s Pizza restaurant. The lunch includes transportation to and from the restaurant and the Wyndham, two beers and a lunch buffet. Rossi’s is not only known for its great food, but they also have a fine selection of beers on 21 taps and bottled product. What better way to fuel up for the start of the conference? Attendees will be back in time for the conference welcome and opening toast. Cost is $25 per person.
