This years theme is American as most of you already know. We've worked with the chef on trying to hit a lot of things purely American. For your ticket, heres what you get.

Swag

- hand chosen home brews picked by BJCP Exam Director Steve Piatz

Mains:
- Chicken fried steak w/ pepper gravy
- BBQ pulled pork - served on some tasty rolls
- Buffalo chicken wings - Mild and hot

Sides
- Minnesota Tatertot hotdish - not the Campbells soup kind!
- Baked beans
- Green beans - the chef is going to do something neat

- Traditional Louisiana Gumbo
