[mba] Dakota County Technical College: possible brewing curiculum

Please share as needed. thanks, Don Osborn ------------- Dakota County Technical College (DCTC), a 2-year technical college in Rosemount, Minnesota, is looking at launching a 21-credit certificate program called Brewing and Beer Steward Technology in Fall Semester 2015. This program is designed to prepare students for careers in the brewpub, microbrewing, and commercial brewing industries. DCTC is a member of the Minnesota State Colleges & Universities system.
