My name is Dan Madsen. I am the City Administrator and Special Counsel for the City of Rockford, Minnesota. Our city is located about ten minutes west of Plymouth on Highway 55. 

The City recently purchased an old strip mall in an effort to redevelop and vitalize our commercial areas in Rockford. The City Council has set a list of businesses we are looking for to fill our mall, and one of them is a tap room, brewery or brew pub - or brewstillery - to fill a need in our community. As owners of the mall, we are in a good position to provide low rent and build out the space to fit the needs of a brewer willing to come to our area.
