DEADLINE for entering your beer in the Mash-Out competition, and the deadline
for registering for the Mash-Out Beer Banquet. DON'T MISS OUT! You
can register your beer online and save $1 per entry, or fill out the form
and pay $7 per entry.

open tonite until 7pm - make sure to get your entries over there by closing
to get the early-bird rate.
After tonite, you may still enter until
Jan 13, but the "Late Entry" rule kicks in - entries will be
$10 whether you enter online or by paper.
The Mash-Out banquet promises to be
one of the highlights of the brew year, with Chef Manfred Krug whipping
up a Southwest Fiesta, with EACH COURSE complemented by a different beer,
brewed by members of the St.Paul Homebrewer's Club and the Minnesota Home
