PHC Holiday Party

Prairie Homebrewing Companion members and friends, The PHC's annual holiday party will be held on Saturday January 15 from 1 to 5 PM at: Evergreen Conference Center 302 27th St N Fargo, ND You are welcome to join us. This is a potluck because if you can make good beer, you can make great food (if history is any indicator and it surely is). More info: To do: Purchase $10 tickets early to ensure you get a commemorative glass or just show up at the door (we WILL have a glass for you to drink from). Make or purchase a food or drink item to share, it's a potluck Purchase a $10 exchange gift item Bring a few bottles of "good" beer for the beer raffle Don't bring plates, bowls or utensils, they will be provided (serving pieces for your potluck item is a good idea) At the party: Taste all 10 beers (one made very month since March 2004!) with your Holiday Party 2004 glass and vote for your favorite 3 Eat lots of great food Get door prizes Congratulate the Achievement Award winner Sympathize with the Lightweight Award winner Visit with friends old and new Its going to be a great time and it will be even better if you can come!
