entertainment at our BOS Dinner we have no other than John Palmer -
Author of
"How to Brew" who will be giving us an entertaining talk at the
end of our
dinner before the awards are announced.
Dinner - At the VIP Room on
October 28th, 6pm
- Homebrew is welcome. - Sorry, no beers are provided with
the meal but
various wines and beers are available for purchase. Seating is
limited and
a final count is needed by October 21st so please sign up early
if you
intend to go.
Cost: $30.00 (or $25.00 for judges, stewards and
assistants) (Tip is
included)
Food Choices: 1) London Broil w/
Rosemary roasted potatoes
2) Salmon Picata w/ Blended rice in a lemon caper
sauce
3) Pasta Primavera
