we all need to call and e-mail his office and let him know how unhappy we
are about this.
If we let this slide another year, the battle may be harder. We need the
language added back in conference committee so it can go before house and
senate this year.

the growler language was striped from the house bill on the 24th.

It seems Representative Beard has made some kind
of agreement not to
push
the brewpub legislation this year. Makes me
wonder as we have no
opposition to the bill. I doubt that will be the case next year. If
