Does anyone have Karl Bremer's recipe for Saint Croix Maple Ale?
Or - Karl, are you listening in? Is Schell still brewing your Saint Croix
Maple? Do you have a 5-10 gallon recipe you can share? Extract, partial
_or_ all grain is fine.
This is the award-winning extract recipe from which the original St. Croix
Maple Ale came. Schell's is not producing it anymore, and I am no longer
involved with the brand in any way. The recipe has been changed twice since leaving
Schell's, but I haven't seen the beer on the shelf in months.
Cheers!
Karl
