In past years this event was also parallel to the Spring Stillwater Art Fair and we hope to continue that tradition

This year’s Brewers Bazaar will be Saturday, May 19.

“We’re announcing the date early, so tasters can get it on their calendars,” said Paula Williams, co-chair of the popular event, which gives area brewers a chance to showcase their newest products.

Stillwater Sunrise Rotary Club is again hosting the fund-raiser, its sixth in a row. Money from participants is used to sponsor club-backed community and youth enrichment activities like leadership camps, a pre-Halloween parade and STRIVE, a mentoring program for Stillwater High School seniors which donates several thousand dollars in scholarships to those who make the greatest progress during their school year. Sunrise members are mentoring their largest group of SAHS students ever this year.

Tickets are being held at last-year’s price of $30 and are available online at www.BrewersBazaar.com. “They’ll be $40 on the day of the event. So buy now,” adds Bill Miller, other co-chair of this year’s bigger, better Bazaar.
