If you like mead with wild stuff, wild plums are ripening and starting to
fall. I picked about 10 lbs yesterday. Now I would never put mushrooms in
beer or mead but, is anyone else a mushroom hunter? I figure someday we
could hit the woods with some fine homebrew, then head somewhere to cook up
some shrooms and see how well they go with beer. Anyone interested?
Also, if you know about ripe elderberries or whatever, please let us know.
