MhBA big brew

First I (we) would like to thank everyone for helping with the Groen's first two actual brews. With some quick fixes and modifications at Rick's the 2nd batch had a good run off. The first batch had a big boil over, the best way to break it in. For the second batch the boil over was minimized by venting the steam in to Rick's home made steam whistle, what a blast! So thanks to every one that participated. For the record we made 4 x 40 gallon batches. (Two on Jim V system and two on Jim I system) Most (all) was distributed in ~5 gallon lots. So there was a very good participation. Gera also did a 5 gallon batch. So or site made ~165 gallons total. Our site as I understand it is not on the AHA registered list. So if we want our wort to be counted in the AHA grand total someone need to contact AHA. Thanks to everyone for making the MHBA big brew such an enjoyable event.
