Once again, I have been designated as the official exam coordinator, proctor and beer procurer. As such, I would like to have an exact head count of those intending to take the exam. Susan has a few people in her judging class who plan on taking the test and we have a contingent coming down from Duluth. A few other locals or out-of-towners may also intend to be there. This is a reminder... Please let me know who will be there on exam Saturday. I need to know exactly how many people will take the test so I can have enough beer and materials available for the examinees and the reference judges. I'd like a list of names of the Duluth contingent as well as a list from Susan's class. If you are not in either of those groups then contact me ASAP regarding your intentions to take the exam. The most difficult aspect of this whole process is selecting the beers to be judged and having enough of the samples to go around. Thanks. Ray Ps.
