Just a quick message to the group that next Saturday, more beer will start
fermenting - Imagine that! The brew session will likely start
in the morning and the style of the day will be a Koelsch. DWC Pils malt,
Hallertaur and Spalt hops and a mix of filtered and RO water.
Hope to wrap up the session by 12:00 noon. If there are any "morning
