LOL! Sounds like they're populating the fridge for the office Christmas party to me! They have not registered it as a BJCP-sanctioned competition, and they have not (to my knowledge) asked for any help from the local beer judge community, so I wouldn't expect any sort of useable scoresheets back. No mention of any awards other than the "grand prize". And.. a six-pack of precious home brew required for evaluation? The deadline is Dec 18. Bottles can be dropped off at the downtown office. I don't know about shipping. I am guessing they don't know what they are getting into.
