How loing is it ok to leave a mead in primary on the yeast?

Relatively young???? Relax???
I don't touch my meads for 8 to 24 months in that time a to sweet can
change
into a great sweet
Have you tried just to shake the carboy to put the yeast back into the
mead
it will settle back out in time.
I'm one that doze not use champagne yeast I adjust the honey to the yeast
I
use to make a dry, semi or sweet
gary
All three of these batches are also in the 2-4
month age range, so
relatively young.
I guess I need to relax, not worry, etc...
