What's in store this year? As usual, an all-star cast of speakers will present an extensive slate of seminars. They'll cover everything from attenuation to zymurgy. Have a look at the preliminary conference schedule and the speakers list.
Keynote Speaker Announced
Of course, we'd be remiss if we didn't mention one of the marquee speakers at this year's conference. Charles Finkel of The Pike Brewing Company will present this year's keynote address! Charles' experience is far-reaching, from owning a boutique wine shop, importing Europe's finest beers in the '70s, producing four books on beer, to—of course—founding Pike in 1989. Expect an interesting perspective on beer and many fun stories.
